Ingredients :
Boneless chicken breast - 1/2 lb, thinly sliced
Broccoli - 1 cup
Baby corn - 1 cup
Carrot - 1 cup, thinly sliced
Mushrooms - 1 cup, sliced
Red bell pepper - 1, cut long
Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce - 3 tbsp
Lemon juice - 5 tbsp
Cornstarch - 2 tbsp
Crushed garlic - 1 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method :
Mix the chicken with 1 tbsp cornstarch, fry in oil till its done. Keep it aside. Take a wok. Heat the butter. First add the crushed garlic and then all the vegetables, except the mushrooms. Fry on high heat for two minutes. Add the soy sauce, chili garlic paste, cornstarch mixed with lemon juice and salt, and mix well. Now add the chicken and mushrooms, stir fry on high heat for 3 minutes. Serve hot with steamed rice.
