Chicken liver with red bell peppers.


Ingredients :
Boneless chicken - 1/2 lb, cut into cubes
Red or Yellow bell peppers - 2, cut into cubes
Chicken liver - 1/2 lb
Onion - 1 medium size, cut into cubes
Green chilies - 5, cut long
Tomatoes - 2
Chili powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Crushed Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
Jeera powder - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method :
Take oil in a kadai. Add the chicken and liver, fry until its done. Keep it aside. On high flame, pour oil into the kadai and add rest of the ingredients and sauté . Once the vegetables are cooked, add the cooked chicken and liver. Mix well on high heat for two minutes. Serve with rice or chapaatis.
