Yellow chicken.

Ingredients :
Cut chicken pieces - 1 lb
1 medium sized Onion
Green chillies - 10 (according to taste)
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Garam masala and turmeric powder - 1 tbsp each
Bayleaf - 2
Milk - 1 cup
Milk cream - 1 cup
Finely chopped coriander(cilantro) dipped in fresh lime juice-(optional)
Oil ; salt to taste.

Method :
Chop the onions and green chillies in a food processor. Heat oil in a non stick dish, add the bayleaf. Then add the chopped onions and chillies and fry for few minutes. Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry. Add the turmeric,salt and chicken, fry on high heat till the chicken turns slight golden brown. Now add the garam masala. Pour the milk and the cream into the dish and cook on low medium covered for 35- 45 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro. Serve hot with rice.
