Ingredients
For 5 dosas:
Rice flour - 1 cup
Sooji - 1/2 cup
Maida - 1/4 cup
Baking powder - 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Oil
Seasoning:
Oil
Jeera
Curry Leaves finely chopped
Onion - 1/2 medium sided, finely chopped
Green chilies - 4 , finely chopped
Ginger & garlic paste - 1/4 tbs
Cilantro - finely chopped
Method:
Mix all ingredient in a bowl and add water,(the batter needs to be very thin). In a sauce pan, add 1 tbs of oil and add all seasoning ingredients and fry for 1 minute. Mix it with the batter. Pour the dosa on tava and fry on one side only. Serve hot with chutney.
