Vegetable fry.


Ingredients :

Vegetables - (of your choice) chopped
Dhaniya powder - 1 tbsp
Jeera powder - 1 tbsp
Madras curry masala - 1 tbsp
Onions - 1 sliced
Green chillies - 8 cut long
Tomato paste - 1tbsp
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
oil & salt

Method :

Heat oil, add onions and chillies. Now add all the above ingredients except the vegetables and fry on medium heat for sometime. Add the vegetables and cook till done. Serve hot with rice or chapaatis.
